If you know me and what this page is for you might see these new pictures on here and say "hey Laura, I thought you wanted to be a writer?  Not some namby pamby photographer?  What gives?!"

Well what give is sold me this awesome Canon she wasn't using anymore and I've gone a little photographacrazy (I'm still an excellent writer, see?)  My DA page also looked really drab and boring with just the writing submissions so I thought I would color the joint up a bit with some recent pictures.  Hope you enjoy. The pics will most likely all be of food, flowers, Pocky or cause those are my favorite things.

Oh, I also have a really weird bug bite on my arm that has red lines coming off of it so if I die I really loved you all.

Today is my last day at work.  I'm foregoing this whole working stiff thing in order to try and make something out of this tortured writer thing.  I'm also working on another something with my awesome husband, Zatransis.  I don't know how to put him in here and he's playing SSFIV so I can't ask him.  I'll change it when I figure it out.  I can't tell you what it is that I am working on with him tho cause it's a secret.  So stay tuned and if you need a writer...hit me up.  also if anyone out in DA land has any tips re: self publishing, getting your stuff out there, or overall helpful knowledge let me know.  I am a sponge right now.

I had the most pageviews ever the day that I posted the journal titled "Boobs".  That's pretty awesome.  I bet people were so bummed.  I'm pretty bummed right now for reasons that you shall never know.  mwahahaha.  I wrote something about 10 minutes ago that I was going to post.  It was like nothing I've ever written before.  It was sorta emotional and kinda conceptual and at first I hated myself for typing it.  It was about feelings, and hurt, and some people not commenting on the stuff I work hard on even tho I comment on their stuff and well...to be honest it got kinda into some personal stuff that I'm not really comfortable talking about on DA yet.  I really admire people who put themselves out there.  I used to hate them and now I give them credit.  Hmm...I'm becoming a GD adult right before your eyes.  Also I made up a word and I'd like to share it with you all.

I wonder what the Literature equivalent of boobs are to get people to look at your writing on DA?  I'd like to try it.  Maybe a little ditty where I explain what boobs look like?  Maybe it's just typing boobs over and over again.  Maybe I should type boobs for the keywords in everything I write. Maybe this journal is enough.  Let's see.
